Match-day generator

The whole match day, in a minute

Tell it which day you play, at what times and on how many courts, and who is available. The app splits the matches and shows you the grid, ready to confirm.

Available for free
1

Pick the day

Open Generate match day from Matches and start with the date. Everything else hangs off it.

2

Add the time slots

A match day can have several times. Each slot has its own start time and its own courts: 7pm on two courts and 8:30pm on one, say.

3

Mark who can play

Pick the players and, if needed, who can make which time. The draw respects that availability: nobody ends up booked when they said they could not.

4

Check the grid

The app proposes every match with teams colour-coded so you can read it at a glance. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

5

Change what does not fit

Someone drops out at the last minute? You can swap players between matches already created without redoing the whole day.

6

Or run it as a mini tournament

If you would rather have fixed pairs playing everyone, with standings and medals, switch on Mini tournament in the first step.

Looking for the fixed-pairs format with a podium for the day? It is explained in the mini tournament guide.
