Until now your watch kept the score. Now, if you want, it also counts the shots you hit and your heart rate during the match. When you finish you get your report: how much you played, at what rhythm and at what heart rate.
Version 1.4.6While recording, the watch says so with a permanent notification: minutes, shots and heart rate, live. Nothing is recorded behind your back, and it stops as soon as the match ends.
Shots and rhythm are seen by all four, because they belong to the match you played together. Only you see your heart rate — and not because the screen hides it: it lives somewhere the server lets nobody else reach.
Highlights
You turn it on per match from the scoring menu. By default nothing is recorded. Once on, it stays ready for your next matches.
When a set closes, the big screen calls it with the score in the winner's colour. And when the match ends, confetti.
Scoring by voice, the court display shows SCORING… while you speak, and the new score appears pulsing. No more "is that in yet?".
If you won 2-0 and played a bonus third, closing by time made that set vanish from the record. Now it's saved.
If several of you wear a watch, each records their own. In the report you can switch player and compare shots and rhythm.
The recording notice is now actually visible, with its counter running, and it switches off by itself when the match ends.
Recording shots and heart rate needs a Wear OS watch and is a PRO feature. Not available on Apple Watch yet. Shot type isn't told apart: we'd rather give no number than a wrong one.
